The 15th CITA 2026 will take place on July 19–20, 2026, in Ha Long, Quang Ninh, Viet Nam, a UNESCO World Heritage site – offers a unique and inspiring setting for academic exchange and collaboration.

The registration fee is just $150 to $350, and the conference proceedings will be published in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series, indexed in DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science.

We are delighted to announce that Prof. Kang-Hyun Jo (Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, University of Ulsan, Ulsan, Korea) has confirmed that he will participate in CITA 2026 as a Keynote Speaker with the topic “Sensor fusion based ambient understanding for wider and unstructured environment”.

We are truly honored to receive confirmation to participate in CITA 2026 as a Keynote Speaker from Prof.Dr. Joshua Zhexue Huang (Academician of Russian Academy of Engineering). He is a Distinguished Professor at the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, and the Founding Director of the Big Data Institute. Prof.Dr. Huang holds a PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden) and has published over ‌400 research papers‌ with ‌20,000+ citations‌. In 2006, he received the inaugural ‌PAKDD Most Influential Paper Award‌. A globally recognized leader, he has chaired multiple international conferences and is listed among ‌Stanford University’s top 2% career-impact scientists‌ and ‌Elsevier’s Highly Cited Chinese Researchers‌.
