INTRODUCTION

The Conference on Information Technology and its Applications (CITA) is an annual international scientific conference focusing on information and communication technology and its diverse applications. Since its inception in 2012, CITA has become a prestigious platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to exchange ideas, present innovative research results, and foster collaborations.

The 16th CITA, 2027, will be held on July 13-14, 2027, in Bangkok, Thailand co-organized by the Vietnam–Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (Viet Nam) and King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (Thailand), with the support and accompaniment of ASEAN Consortium for Innovation and Research (ACIR), Vietnam ICT Association of Faculties, Institutes, Schools, and Universities (FISU Vietnam), Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland), University College Dublin (Ireland), University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg), Springer Nature and IEEE - SMCS (Systems Man and Cybernetics Society).

The proceedings of CITA 2027 will be published by the Lecture Notes in Network and Systems series (Springer) indexed in, among others, DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science.

* December 31th, 2027: Paper submission deadline -- It may be extended to February 28th, 2027 if, by the December 31th, 2026, the number of submissions is found to be below expectations.

* April 20th, 2027: Camera-ready papers.

* April 30th, 2027: Registration and payment deadline.

* July 13th -14th, 2027: Conference

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

* When submitting, the authors need to agree to the following terms:

- All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period.

- Avoiding Plagiarism and Self-Plagiarism including using text generated by ChatGPT or other LLMs-based tools; Submissions with a similarity rate greater than 20% will be rejected by the Desk-Rejection process.

- The manuscript (with a length requirement of 10-12 pages) must be written in English and in the template specified by the conference (Springer's LNCS/LNAI style) and is available at: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines. Manuscripts with incorrect formatting and page numbers as described above will be rejected by Desk-Rejection process.
