The 15th CITA, 2026, marks a significant milestone, celebrating 15 years of continuous development, reaffirming its reputation and quality. This special CITA event will be held on July 19–20, 2026, in Vinpearl resort, Ha Long, Quang Ninh, Viet Nam co-organized by the Vietnam–Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (Viet Nam) and Phenikaa University (Viet Nam)

INTRODUCTION

The Conference on Information Technology and its Applications (CITA) is an annual international scientific event dedicated to information and communication technology and its diverse applications. Since its inception in 2012, CITA has evolved into a prestigious forum for researchers, practitioners, and educators to exchange ideas, present innovative research, and foster collaborations.

The 15th CITA (2026) marks a major milestone - celebrating 15 years of continuous growth and reaffirming the conference’s reputation for quality and excellence. This special event will be held as follows:

-Date: July 19–20, 2026

-Venue: Vinpearl Resort, Ha Long, Quang Ninh, Viet Nam

-Publisher: The proceedings of CITA 2026 will be published in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series, indexed in DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science.

-Registration Fee: 350 USD (regular paper)

All papers submitted to CITA are reviewed seriously, closely and thoroughly by 03-05 reviewers with appropriate expertise, with professional advice from reputable scientists in the fields of information and communication technology, digital economy.
